Rick Koch
(Bass Guitar, Keyboards, and vocals)
Rick is the only original group member
going back to 1967 when the group first formed in western Iowa. He has been
married for 37 years and has three children Stephanie, Jesse and Cody. Rick's
father played professionally and he started in the music business with his
father's band " Kookie and the Krumbs " at the age of 10 playing accordion and
piano along with his brothers Larry & Ryan. Rick's hobbies include :
music, outdoor activities, golf & family.
Maureen Hastings
(Keyboa rd and vocals)
Maureen joined the group in 1971, and for many years was the only girl singer.
Until Jenny joined in 1997. Besides playing keyboards, Maureen has performed
with the symphony, several National Anthems, countless weddings, funerals, and
concerts. I've always been glad this band has been family oriented. Maureen is
married to Brent Hastings also the group sound tech, and they have two sons,
Wade and Calvin. Living on the river, much of their spare time is involved
with boating, fishing and just relaxing on the water.
Roger Miller
( Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, and Vocals )

Roger started playing guitar in 1960, with his father and brother in a band
called the Miller Brothers. Roger and his brother formed a group called
Wendy and the Redheads in 1968. He wanted to play full time, so he hooked
up with a group and toured the Midwest in 1974. Roger wanted to go to
Nashville, so when the call came, he was there in a heartbeat. He was
given the opportunity to play with some Grand Ole Opry stars for five years.
He eventually moved to Iowa and continued to travel with Nashville entertainers
for several more years. He joined Milk and Honey in 1983, and claims to
still have as much fun now as he did when he first joined the group. Roger
has a wife of 29 years, Kathy, a son Pat, and a daughter, Sarah. He also
has five grand kids.
John Arntson
(Percussion)
'
John has over
25 years of experience, working with groups like Boys Night Out, Surprise, Quick
Draw & Leather & Lace, John first started his professional career with Ed
Nelson's Traveling Band in 1981. John had work as a fill in drummer with Milk
and Honey prior to joining in the 1998. John is well known for his solid style
of percussion. John's hobbies include : golf, fishing, music, traveling and
Brenda his long time girlfriend.
Wayne Risvold
(Vocals, Guitar, Keys. & Bass Guitar )

Wayne has over 25 years of musical
experience, and has worked with groups such as Mirage, East Side Jets,
Night Owl, and Anything Goes. Wayne was a guitarist with Milk and Honey in the
early 80"s and rejoined the group in 2002. Wayne is UNI graduate, and also
grew up performing with his brothers Paul & Warren in family bands. Wayne's
hobbies include : collecting and shopping for guitars, family functions,
travel and music.
Jennifer Fitkin
(Vocals, Bass Guitar, & Percussion )

Jenny Has been with Milk and Honey over 10
years originally starting as a lighting technician while still in high school.
Once the group discovered her vocal talents she was added as a full time
vocalist, and she also helps out with bass guitar. Jenny has her Masters in
social work & counseling and enjoys working on her home, decorating, music,
outdoor activities & Nick
Brent Hastings
( Sound Technician, Harmonica, Vocals )

Brent recently joined the group
full time, to add harmonica and vocals to the mix along with being an excellent
sound tech. Brent has been married to Maureen for 32 years, and has been
associated with the group many years. He also enjoys boating & fishing & and is a
long time Chicago Bears fan.
